Hannah

I am sending you this email to inform you that we had to put our dog to sleep today. Her name was Hannah and we got her approximately 5 years ago from your organization. She was a wonderful addition to our family and we are going to miss her deeply. At the age of 14, she was having medical difficulty in a variety of areas and we felt it was best to say goodbye. Thank you for allowing us to adopt such a wonderful animal and if we decide to seek another, we will visit you then. I am attaching her picture for your memories.
