Success Story!

Kojack is a great addition to the family!

Just a quick update…

Kojack is settling in quite nicely, he and Rocket (formerly known as Moe, also a 2nd Chance dog, we adopted him almost two years ago) are enjoying each other’s company. They spend their time either playing at high speed or napping. Where ever one is so is the other. Neither wants to miss out on anything. Both dogs h! ave the sweetest dispositions, and think they are lap dogs…they are. We have enrolled Kojack in doggie school as a first-grader, he seems to not to mind it too much. Rocket is going to school too, mostly as a refresher for him but also as moral support for Kojack. Kojack is fairly submissive, but we believe that over time he will find himself more confidence as he realizes he is finally home to stay. Regarding his submissiveness, I think he had great fun peeing on me the other day as I was putting his collar on. He just lay down on his back and there it was! Good thing I wear glasses. We both got a big laugh out of that. He is getting better at tolerating the car, but it is still a challenge to get him into it. We love both dogs and are glad that Second Chance does the work they do. Thanks for the two great additions to our family.
