Success Story!

Baby, newest member of the Wilson family

Baby is doing great and already an important part of our family. Her allergies are fine - no scratching, but a little paw licking. Of course, she's eating fine. The first night/day she was a little quiet - probably missed her foster mom and dad. We gave her a whole lot of extra love and attention and she has perked up, plays with the kids all day, meets me at the door when I come home from work. She's figured out I'm the cooker of food and watches me cook dinner every night because she knows I can't resist that face and she always gets a taste. We've been taking her on several short walks a day so we don't overdue the excercise all at once. She LOVES to go for a walk or a ride. If the kids head for the door, she's right there wanting to go with them. She is friendly to all the kids in the neighborhood and is attached at the hip to my 10-year-old daughter when she plays outside. She even plays with the kids in the front yard without a leash and stays right with my daughter. It's so cute. She has not had a single accident in the house, but it's ok if she does. Honestly, I don't understand why people thought she was so high-maintenance. She's no trouble at all and gives so much more than she needs. Hopefully, with all the exercise and a close watch on her food, she will lose some weight and live a long, long life.We love her. Thank you for saving her and taking such good care of her until we found her. I will send pictures soon and keep you updated.
